Group Rates & Policy

With our large fleet and awesome guide staff A Day Away welcomes large groups. We are the perfect choice for meet-up groups, school groups and out-of-town groups, etc. With our ability to design custom tours, let us show you why groups that have paddle with us return to us year after year.

Below is a summary of the fine print involved in bringing large groups. Please call us in the office to make your reservation as Group Reservations cannot be made online. Thank You for considering us to meet your large group paddling needs.

To qualify for a group discount you must have a minimum of 12 patrons and one group leader who is willing to take on the following responsibility:

1. Provide ADA with the number of patrons in the group
2. Provide ADA with the minimum 10% deposit
3. Provide ADA with Tax-Exempt Certificate (if needed)
4. Collect all remaining monies from those participating in the trip if full payment not made at booking
5. Read and understand all deposit and cancellation policies
6. Communicate to all group members ADA policies **VITAL**
7. Provide driving directions to all members of the group**VITAL**
8. Collect and provide to ADA waivers for all group members
9. Provide ADA a final number of patrons 7 days prior to trip date
10. Provide ADA with a final payment 7 days prior to trip date if full payment not made at booking

Your trip total does not include gratuity for A Day Away Guides. We can add gratuity into your base price if you would like or you can simply hand it to them the day of the event. The Wind & Waves May Tip Your Boat, But Only You Can Tip Your Guides.

12 - 19 participants 10% discount of current retail price

20+ participants 15% discount of current retail price

All reservations are subject to our group cancellation policy We are not able to reduce the number of patrons on your reservation less than 7 days prior to your trip date
