The cottage has the capacity to sleep four.
A double down stairs and two twins or a king in the loft.
With a fully equipped kitchen you will have
everything you might need to stay for a night
or a month. The large bathroom easily accomodates up to four guests. A full laundry room in the apartment makes keeping up with clothes, towels etc. easy.
The living area is a cozy retreat at the end of your day. There is a small deck attached to the building as well as an incredible outdoor living space that is so inviting you may just not want to leave the property. The outdoor living area also has an outdoor shower for sprucing up after the beach or a long day kayaking.
The cottage itself is located on A Day Away property along with the owner's home and office.

 If location is important to you, consider just where we are....We are in North Titusville, just minutes from the Indian River Lagoon and the entrance to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Playalinda Beach and Kennedy Space Center. Orlando, Melbourne and Daytona are all within an hour or less drive. Consider us the suburb of all of these great cities.
